Marilyn Monroe

Marilyn Monroe was one of the most intimating and seductive figures in movie history who oozed sensuality with her aura and very drop of sweat suggested intimidation. It’s no news that Pooja Bedi’s iconic shot atop a car was inspired by this lady. It was the fateful day of August 5, 1962 when she passed away while shooting for a project called ‘Something’s Got to Five.’ She died due to overdose of barbiturates.

Paul Walker

Paul Walker died in 2013 after a car crash and his demise also shocked the globe, especially his fans who were waiting for him to weave his magic again in Fast And Furious 7. However fate had other plans it seems. When the film released on April 3, 2015, the final scene had a VFX-created Paul Walker and fans couldn’t hold back their tears. This became his swan song and Fast And Furious 7 became the first Hollywood film in India to cross the 100-crore mark.
Heath Ledger

Heath Ledger is forever etched in our hearts as the antagonist called Joker in The Dark Knight. It was the year 2008 and the film he was shooting for was The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus. During the filming of the shoot, he was found dead at his New York apartment by his housekeeper. His autopsy report said the cause of death was overdose of painkillers, prescription of drugs, and sleeping pills.
Brandon Lee

Actor Brandon Lee not only died during the shooting of his film, he died due to a shot in the film. The film was called The Crow that came out in 1993. The scene involved the actor being shot by a thug at his apartment but little did the makers know the gun had some fragments of a real bullet that hit his abdomen, leading to his death a day later. A stunt double was used to finish some portions of Lee.
John Candy

He was the funny man of Hollywood who died of a massive heart attack on March 4, 1994 while shooting for his film Wagons East. The film released in the Summers of that year. Candy died at the age of 43 and starred in over 40 films in his career.
